Objectives

Management and Co-ordination of the whole project in order to achieve the contractual obligations and expected results.

Task 4.1: technical and administrative management of the Project;
Task 4.2: Survey of the work within the work packages;
Task 4.3: Organization of the project meetings and meetings of the Project Committee;
Task 4.4: Ensure prompt delivery of all data identified as deliverable items requested by the Eureka Secretariat for reviews and audits.
Task 4.5: Establishment and running of an information system (homepage)
Task 4.6: Establishing and chairing the steering committee consisting of the work package leaders
Task 4.7: timely collection and, with the support of the Project Committee, preparation of the interim and final reports on the basis of the input of the project participants for transmission to the Eureka Secretariat;
Task 4.8: Dissemination of project results
Task 4.9: Administration of the financial part of the project and contact to EU administration
Task 4.10: Planning of further activities.
